I couldn't get ross barkman's scripts to work with my latest nokia (6700 classic) on Orange UK, but I discovered you don't need to. Modern Nokias (and modern OSX) support the PAN instead of DUN profile, and that doesn't require any configuration. Just pair the bluetooth devices and then go to (Bluetooth menu) > (Name of your phone) > Connect to Network.

Seems to work at 3G+ speeds fine.

Thank you a lot.
I'm using your script with a Nokia 6630 in Leopard and it's working like a charm.

May I ask what I'm doing wrong? I've got my E71 working with iSync AND as modem on my OSX Tiger but I've recently purchased an iMac running Leopard and I followed the above instructions and it's just staying on "Connecting" but never actually connecting.

I'm not sure but I put the Telephone # as *99# and put the APN as 3services as I'm with 3Mobile Australia.
