Modern Nokias (and modern OSX) support the PAN instead of DUN profile, and that doesn't require any configuration. Just pair the bluetooth devices and then go to (Bluetooth menu) > (Name of your phone) > Connect to Network. Seems to work at 3G+ speeds fine.
